You Are Overlooking Your Person

In almost every dating consultation, I notice this..

Open your Hinge right now. If you have over 30 matches, and you haven’t responded to at least 5 of them, you are overlooking your person. That isn’t me saying that your person in within those matches, but it’s hard for me to believe you are giving people a fair chance.

It can be really easy to dismiss someone, especially a man, if they reach out with a simple “hey Tanya” or “you’re cute.” And I get it! Low energy, no fun. It can also be really easy to let something die when it’s never began in the first place. Here is what you may be doing that is contributing to overlooking your person:

1. You are accepting a like without saying anything back. Them sending you a like is them liking you! That is them putting themselves out there. Men aren’t perfect, and they aren’t always going to say the right thing, especially if they are a good guy without perfect game. You should say something back when you accept the like.
